DOWNLOAD EBOOKThere are many books in the world but amongst them, only a few are full of mysteries. Woman of Honour is a piece set in pace to unravel the hidden cause behind every successful woman in the tale of mankind. Over time, we have seen how many girl children grow up to become a nonentity which is not the original plans of God for their life. In this series, the potency of feminism will be converse to you. It isn't a book as many would think. Indeed, it's a formula from the Frontiers of Zion set in space to stir up the girls, ladies and women of these last days. Allow me to bring you the words of a great woman–Edoh Judith.O “The very moment I place this book on my fingertips, I began to experience reactions of various kinds taking effect in my bloodstream. I felt with within me; I wasn’t reading an ordinary book other than the compilation of mysteries! I came to realize more than I knew to be a woman when I read this book. It channels the distinctive and unrevealed knowledge I’ve long for throughout the time I’ve spent in this mortal realm. When you go through this book, you will come to discover that they are a lot to all you know. One fascinating thing I find remarkable about this book is that the author communicated it on the platform of Godliness; teaching, revealing, and you know, disclosing the original nature of God to every women, ladies, and even girl child out there. You know what? This edition isn’t for feminist alone but for all. Too, the men can read it irrespective of the theme. I love the part where he linked an honourable woman to a medic whose job is to inoculate the virtue of godliness in her children, also act as a missionary that will aid the moves of the end-time revival even to the edge of the Earth. With all due respect to the reader of the very mysteries set in place, I have the desire to make a simple request; tell more out there about this book. God has sent Stephen on a mission to revamp the lost vibes of feminism back into reality. I’m so proud of his achievement at his young age. Amongst all the books he has written so far, he hasn’t done single research. It’s a grace espoused mandate!” Thank you. Edoh Judith, Mrs.

DOWNLOAD EBOOKArgues for a new reading of Beowulf in its contemporary context, where honour and violence are intimately linked. This book examines violence in its social setting, and especially as an essential element in the heroic system of exchange (sometimes called the Economy of Honour). It situates Beowulf in a northern European culture where violence was not stigmatized as evidence of a breakdown in social order but rather was seen as a reasonable way to get things done; where kings and their retainers saw themselves above all as warriors whose chief occupation was thepursuit of honour; and where most successful kings were those perceived as most predatory. Though kings and their subjects yearned for peace, the political and religious institutions of the time did little to restrain their violent impulses. Drawing on works from Britain, Scandinavia, and Ireland, which show how the practice of violence was governed by rules and customs which were observed, with variations, over a wide area, this book makes use of historicist and anthropological approaches to its subject. It takes a neutral attitude towards the phenomena it examines, but at the same time describes them fortnightly, avoiding euphemism and excuse-making on the one hand and condemnation on the other. In this it attempts to avoid the errors of critics who have sometimes been led astray by modern assumptions about the morality of violence. PETER S. BAKER is Professor of English at the Universityof Virginia.

DOWNLOAD EBOOKWar is the father and king of all: some he has made gods and some men; some slaves and others free – Heraclitus of Ephesus. One hundred years have passed since Captain Stanley Savige, an Anzac, signed up for a hell-raising, secret military mission in January 1918; one he was not expected to survive. Sailing up the palm fringed Tigris River with Dunsterforce to the exotic lands of Scheherazade and whirling dervishes, he never imagined that within a few months he and his men would stare death in the face during one of the most extraordinary episodes of Australian military history. Against immense odds in the mountain wilderness of northern Persia, Captain Savige rescued sixty to eighty thousand Assyrian refugees from genocide at the hands of the Ottoman Turks. But why was he there and who are the Assyrians? Untold until now, this remarkable odyssey speaks to the mystery of human suffering, courage and sacrifice. And it reveals our debt of honour to Captain Savige and his marvellous legacy of hope and compassion. This book is a wonderful tribute to an incredible Australian, who displayed kindness and compassion to a community in crisis. One hundred years have passed and finally this significant humanitarian story is receiving the recognition it deserves. Sarah Lindenmayer is to be commended for bringing this important story to life - The Savige Family Officially supported by Legacy Melbourne, authorised by the Savige Family and endorsed by the Australian Assyrian Community.

DOWNLOAD EBOOKNapoleon Bonaparte seized power in 1799, installing himself as First Consul of Revolutionary France. One of his first acts was to seek peace with Great Britain. After setbacks and tortuous negotiations a preliminary peace was agreed in October 1801, sealed by a definitive treaty at Amiens the following year: an event welcomed by people on both sides of the Channel. But the peace was tragically brief and its rupture in 1803 ignited a conflagration that raged until Napoleon's final defeat at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. This is the story of that brief interlude of peace - how it came about, what it allowed, and how it ended. The diplomatic relationship between Britain and France is explored, and the internal politics of the two countries described. A colourful cast of characters promenades through the book, bringing to life a period that, while ostensibly peaceful, had its share of drama.
