Doctores con Alas became a movement intended to create a space for doctors to feel empowered to ask questions and nd the motivation to migrate, to become a doctor with wings. In 2019, we published the book Doctoras con Alas and in 2021, Doctores con alas. In this new version, we decided to translate stories from both books into English. We want this movement to become global and intergenerational.
