It can also be helpful for those who have experienced mental distress, in the same way that I have, to know that they are not alone. I would like to dedicate this book to those people in the professional and voluntary sectors who work for and with people with mental health difficulties. Together, I know we can make a difference. Mental health promotion and prevention of mental distress is the way forward.Anne Brocklesby About the AuthorAnne Brocklesby was born in 1951 in Epsom, Surrey.
