Como nunca, las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) se hacen presentes en la vida cotidiana y atraviesan todas las áreas de la actividad humana a través de nuevos dispositivos tecnológicos. Este nuevo escenario se ha convertido, en forma irrefutable, en mediador universal de la cultura.
