Whenever one book was finished, both of my eyes were full of tears. It was extremely hard. Every word in these books concreted Dr. Xu Ze’s hard work and dedication to oncology and to human health. No one knows how hard it was to finish all this work. Science is endless, and only those who are not afraid of danger or difficult work or risk can reach the science peak. This book is volume 5 in this series of walking out of the new way to conquer cancer. This book summarizes Dr. Xu Ze’s thirty items of innovation and explains the detailed concepts about the basis of theories for clinical applications. Dr. Xu Ze has been working in cancer therapy for more than sixty years and works very hard day and night to do the basics and clinical oncology science. The first article is the summary of our research work on cancer prevention and treatment, which has reached the forefront of the world. The second article is a brief description of innovation series of scientific and technology with the research achievements of anti-cancer and anti-cancer metastasis. In brief, no one knows that it was very hard work. Because of the short time, there may be some errors and please forgive us if there is any error. Bin Wu, MD, PhD 02-19-2019 in Timonum

In this book Dr. Xu Ze wrote down how to prevent cancer and try to stop cancer at the source and strive to eliminate security risks of cancer in the bud in detail. All of his wisdom comes from his hard work and years practices. Cancer prevention is the same important as the cancer treatment. Cancer prevention and treatment should be conducted at the same time and at the same level. It is very important for us to be aware of the cancer prevention. Once again the tears are full of both of my eyes , it is hard work all of day and night for all of our projects. The journey of getting all of these results is not always smooth and Science is endless. With the science and technology development, cancer is gradually understood in depth. Many research data proved that more than 90% of cancer can be prevented. In this book, Dr. Xu Ze wrote down the plans of how to prevent cancer occurrence before cancer happen and how to prevent cancer from the daily life in detail. In China, there are many of the wisdom words such as: the topmost doctor manages the country; the middle level doctor prevents the disease or treats the diseases before it happens; the lowest doctor treats the diseases. Prevention of cancer is very important. The essence is to implement and carry out the health work policy of “cancer prevention and anti-cancer” and “prevention-oriented”. Our medical predecessors and the world’s medical sages put forward “cancer prevention and anti-cancer” and “prevention-oriented”. This policy is very correct. Let work hard together to conquer cancer and do the good things for our human being.

Each time when the book is finished, both of my eyes are full of tears. Each word in these series of books represents hard work and time and dedication and care for human health. These series are not just written down but are worked down. Science life is not always smooth and sometimes is extremely difficult. Science is endless. Only those who are not afraid of failure or risk can reach the summit of the mountain. In medical history the Greek physician Hippocrates (460–370 BC), who is considered the Father of Medicine, was credited to the origin of the name cancer. He used the terms carcinos and carcinoma to recount non-ulcer-forming and ulcer-forming tumors. In Greek, these words refer to a crab because the finger-like spreading projections from cancer were similar to the shape of a crab. In his books, there are some records that also were written down: “Everyone has a physician inside him or her; we just have to help it in its work. The natural healing force within each of us is the greatest force in getting well. Let our food as our medicine, and let medicine be our food.”

While many effective interventions have been developed with the potential to significantly reduce morbidity and mortality from cancer, they are of no benefit to the health of populations if they cannot be delivered. In response to this challenge, Advancing the Science of Implementation across the Cancer Continuum provides an overview of research that can improve the delivery of evidence-based interventions in cancer prevention, early detection, treatment, and survivorship. Chapters explore the field of implementation science and its application to practice, a broad synthesis of relevant research and case studies illustrating each cancer-focused topic area, and emerging issues at the intersection of research and practice in cancer. Both comprehensive and accessible, this book is an ideal resource for researchers, clinical and public health practitioners, medical and public health students, and health policymakers.

Science is endless and the road on science or our research life is not always smooth and only those who are not afraid of failure, or hard work, or difficulties can reach the summit of the life or science mountain. The surgeon and professor Dr. Xu Ze in China is an example for us to learn on searching the oncology treatment and the new medications, who put hours and hours time in the operating rooms and in the animal rooms to search for the answer: understanding what Cancer is ? how can cancer be treated and be cured? How to help the cancer patients to live longer and to get the treatment and to get rid of all of the fear? how can we improve cancer care? How can cancer be prevented? Challenging scientific thinking and unbeatable surgical skills and unlimited dedication to the patients lead to all of these innovation discoveries on cancer medications and the new concepts of cancer and the new methods on the cancer treatment. Excellent surgery skills were very important to finish all of these difficult experiments. An excellent surgeon should be like an excellent human tailor who can make a healthy and beautiful human body. A lot of experiments and a lot of failure and tons of hours were put inside. In this volume it is described that all of detail experimental and clinical verification of how Dr. Xu Ze get all of these new treatments and new medications. This volume is mainly discussing pharmacology and immune pharmacology about Xu Ze’s new discovery and new medications by immune control and regulation. Each word in this book comes from our hard work. In our practice the questions are found , then we come back to do the experiments to solve all of these questions; then come back to apply to our clinical practice to improve our patient care.
