This CD-ROM contains digital reproductions of the first 80 issues (1566 pages) of the Blair Society for Genealogical Research quarterly newsletter, which was printed and sent to members and genealogical libraries throughout the United States of America, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom over its first twenty years (spring 1983-winter 2002). The issues contain a wealth of research on various known lines of the Blair family. Because this anthology covers a wide period of time, continuing research, and due to new discoveries, many articles from the original "Blair Magazine" (1925-1931) and the later "Blair Family Magazine" were revised and republished. Annotations were added to this CD to point users to the newer articles and bring attention to other salient facts. The complete Table of Contents for all issues was added to Acrobat's Bookmark feature for rapid access to articles. Its "Find and/or Search" feature can be used to locate specific words and subjects in the text. Every page or complete articles can be printed individually for retention in research files or sharing with others. However, this CD is protected by U. S. Copyright Law, so making duplicate copies of entire issues from this disk is prohibited. Plans are being considered to update this collection every several years with up-to-date issues and annotations. Suggestions for annotations are welcome from all Blair researchers.
