Tate, Executrix, has lately appealed to the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, for the Ninth Circuit, from a decree rendered in the Circuit Court of the United States, for the District of Oregon, in 'your favor, and has given the security required by law; you are, therefore, hereby cited and admonished to be and appear before said Cir cuit Court of Appeals, at San Francisco, California, within thirty days from the date hereof, to show cause, if any there be, why the said decree should not be corrected, and speedy justice should not be done to the parties in that behalf.
