A Note from the Author Our life is filled with friends and angels. God sends us angels in disguise. I believe my mother was an angel on earth sent to earth to be my mom and teach me about Gods love. I was an only child; living, loving and learning from my angel. She is now an angel in heaven. Each friend comes into our life for a special purpose; they learn from us, we learn from them, sometimes they stay and sometimes they leave. Often we wonder about friends who are no longer around us. Perhaps their mission in our lives was fulfilled and they moved on. The first poem is about my seven life friends. We meet, we laugh, we celebrate, we eat, we cry and we have remained friends throughout the years (Gloria, Alva, Ancelma, Thelma, Sally, Julie, Maria Elena.) Thank you for a beautiful friendship. Gods love for us is real! The poems are easy to read and inspired by my devotion and love for Christ. I wish to thank my mother Catalina R. Garcia for teaching me about Gods Love. I pray this book of God's Heaven's Treasure Within blesses your socks off the way it has done for me as I wrote the Words from God's treasures of wisdom. It's designed to give healing to the broken hearts of this world and to save us by grace. No matter what occurs around your surroundings, at this very moment, I recommend Jesus for all of your shortcomings. He has all the answers to your unanswered questions. He's waiting on you to come to him on bended knees with thanksgiving. He has answers for his children through their power of praises and their faithful prayers. His love is sufficient for you and me today. Today, let Jesus loves you the way the sunshine shines upon the lilies of the fields. God's love for us is an unconditional love; no height or depth can separate his marvelous loving arms from reaching deep down in our inner spirit to give us hope for tomorrow. Many of my poems were written because I was in the presence of angels. I would awaken in the middle of the night with a line of poetry in my head. I would then grab a pencil and pad and begin writing. The first time it happened I thought, Mmm, IaEUR(tm)ll jot that down tomorrow. When I awoke, I couldnaEUR(tm)t even remember the first word of the line much less anything else about it. After that happened, I got up and wrote all of what was on my mind. I would then fall back to sleep. Amazingly, in the morning I had very little need of corrections. Sometimes there were words that were unfamiliar to me. When I looked them up, they fit perfectly. This behavior continued through more than fifty poems. I also write when praying or observing a sunset I would have a line of poetry in my head which had to be recorded. Many times, on my way to work, I had to pull off the road to write down on a paper bag what I was thinking. This usually was when I was having a discussion with God. I have often said to friends when sharing my poetry, aEURoeI am only the messenger.aEUR My poems are messages to those who are suffering and suggestions on how to live a more fulfilling life. God is always available and will see you through any crisis. Trust Him for He loves us all.
