Single-valued neutrosophic set (SVN) can valid depict the incompleteness, nondeterminacy and inconsistency of evaluation opinion, and the Power average (PA) operator can take into account the correlation of multiple discussed data. Meanwhile, Archimedean copula and co-copula (ACC) can signicant generate operational laws based upon diverse copulas.
The power Heronian aggregation (PHA) operator can use the advantages of power average and the Heronian mean operator, which together could take into account the interrelationship of the aggregated arguments, and therefore alleviate the e ects caused by unreasonable data through considering the support degree between input arguments. However, PHA operators cannot be used to process single-valued neutrosophic numbers (SVNNs), which is significant for extending it to SVNNs.
Linguistic single-valued neutrosophic set (LSVNS) is a more reliable tool, which is designed to handle the uncertainties of the situations involving the qualitative data. In the present manuscript, we introduce some power aggregation operators (AOs) for the LSVNSs, whose purpose is to diminish the influence of inevitable arguments about the decision-making process.
The simplified neutrosophic set (SNS) is a generalization of the fuzzy set that is designed for some incomplete, uncertain and inconsistent situations in which each element has different truth membership, indeterminacy membership and falsity membership functions. In this paper, we propose the simplified neutrosophic correlated averaging (SNCA) operator and the simplified neutrosophic correlated geometric (SNCG) operator, and further study the properties of the operators.
Single-valued neutrosophic numbers (SVNNs) can express incomplete, indeterminate, and inconsistent information in the real world. Then, the common weighted aggregation operators of SVNNs may result in unreasonably aggregated results in some situations.
The simplified neutrosophic set (SNS) is a useful generalization of the fuzzy set that is designed for some practical situations in which each element has different truth membership function, indeterminacy membership function and falsity membership function.
In present study, a new aggregation operators of single-valued neutrosophic soft numbers have so far not yet been applied for ranking of the alternatives in decision-making problems.
In the modern world, the computation of vague data is a challenging job. Different theories are presented to deal with such situations. Amongst them, fuzzy set theory and its extensions produced remarkable results. Smarandache extended the theory to a new horizon with the neutrosophic set (NS), which was further extended to interval neutrosophic set (INS).
The purpose of this paper is to introduce new aggregation operators based on logarithmic operations and to develop a multi-criteria decision-making approach to study the interaction between the input argument under the single valued neutrosophic (SVN) environment. The main advantage of the proposed operator is that it can deal with the situations of the positive interaction, negative interaction or non-interaction among the criteria, during decision-making process.
For real decision-making problems, aggregating the attributes which have interactive or correlated characteristics by traditional aggregation operators is unsuitable. Thus, applying Choquet integral operator to approximate and simulate human subjective decision-making process, in which independence among the input arguments is not necessarily assumed, would be suitable. Moreover, using single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets (SVNULSs) can express the indeterminate, inconsistent, and incomplete information better than FSs and IFSs. In this paper, we studied the MAGDM problems with SVNULSs and proposed two single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Choquet integrate aggregation operators where the interactions phenomena among the attributes or the experts are considered. First, the definition, operational rules, and comparison method of single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic numbers (SVNULNs) are introduced briefly. Second, induced single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Choquet ordered averaging (I-SVNULCA) operator and induced single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Choquet geometric (I-SVNULCG) operator are presented. Moreover, a few of its properties are discussed. Further, the procedure and algorithm of MAGDM based on the above single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Choquet integral operator are proposed. Finally, in the illustrative example, the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method would be demonstrated.
