Las empresas representan los ideales, el esfuerzo y en ocasiones el patrimonio mayoritario de sus dueños. El fracaso significa para los dueños su ruina; para los empleados, la pérdida de su fuente de ingresos permanente y estable; para los proveedores, la pérdida de un cliente. La falta de administración es causa común en las empresas de reciente creación.
