Ordered, If the Board of Mayor and Aldermen concur, that the joint stand ing committee on finance be, and they hereby are, authorized to procure, for the use of the inhabitants of said city, the printing of the Forty-seventh Annual Re port of the Receipts and Expenditures of the City of Manchester, including the reports of the joint standing committee on finance, the city auditor, the school board, and superintendent of schools, superintendent of water-works, water commissioners, engineer of fire department, city marshal, overseers of the poor, trustees, librarian, and treasurer of the city library, committee on cemeteries, joint standing committee on city farm, city physician, city solicitor, city engineer, and such other matters relating to city affairs as said finance committee may direct, the expense thereof to be charged to the appropriation for printing and stationery.
