Tracts comprise three subareas: the Santa Barbara Channel; Inner Banks (containing the Anacapa Island area, Santa Monica Basin and the San Pedro area); Outer Banks (containing the area south of Santa Rosa Island, San Nicolas Basin, Dall Bank, southeast Tanner Bank and Santa Tomas Knoll). There are existing Federal oil and gas leases in each of these three subareas.
