Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has granted conditional registration for the sale and use of mandipropamid and Revus Fungicide containing the technical grade active ingredient Mandipropamid Technical Fungicide to control downy mildew on Brassica crops, bulb vegetables, grapes, leafy vegetables; blue mould on spinach; late blight on tomatoes, tomatillos and potatoes; suppression of phytophthora blight on peppers and suppression of downy mildew on cucurbits. This report summarizes the information that was evaluated and provides the results of the evaluation as well as the reasons for the registration decision, with an outline of the additional scientific information required from the applicant. It also describes the conditions of registration that the applicant must meet to ensure that the health and environmental risks as well as the value of these pest control products are acceptable for their intended use.
