The following regular committees, to consist of three members each, Shall be appointed by the Grand Mase ter at the commencement of each Annual Communication, namely: A Committee on Credentials, a' Committee on Grievances, a Committee on Finance, a Committee on Char ter's, By -laws, and Returns of Subordinate Lodges.) In ad dition to which the Grand Master elect shall appoint a stand ing committee of five on Foreign Correspondence. Special committees may also be appointed by the Grand Master whenever it may be deemed necessary by the Grand Lodge.
