"Prepared to provide current information concerning opportunities to improve the present productivity of anadromous salmonid habitat (primarily salmon and steelhead) on Bureau [of Land Management] lands in coastal rivers of Oregon. Habitat rehabilitation and/or enhancement work is done to increase populations of wild fish, which results in greater numbers of fish available for harvest by recreational and commercial fisheries important to Oregon's coastal economy, communities and populace in general.
