Title 16 presents regulations set forth by the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Product Safety Commission for commercial practices and procedures. These include: trade practice rules, trade regulation rules, fair packaging and labeling, fair credit reporting, hazardous substances, flammable fabrics, poison prevention packaging, and refrigerator safety. Additions and revisions to this section of the code are posted annually by January. Publication follows within six months.
