Hence the present publica tion. The lectures delivered before the class have been re-written and revised, leaving out much that would be of no practical value to the practicing physician. The clinical cases, selected from the various medical journals and Raue's Record, and furnished by members of the profession, have not been chosen on account of the cure being made with a high or low potency, but solely for the purpose of illus trating the curative power of the remedy under consideration.
