Kathleen was admitted to Quarriers Orphanage in Bridge of Weir, Renfrewshire, Scotland on October 19, 1892. Kathleen's name was subsequently changed from Catherine Walls Scott to Kathleen Wales Scott and her birth date was changed to July 23, 1889. Kathleen died December 9, 1971 in Melbourne, Quebec.
