Ellis, D. D., for the very interesting historical oration delivered before the municipal authorities of this city on the l7th inst., that being the Centennial Anniversary of the Evacuation Of the town Of Boston by the British Army; and that he be requested to furnish a copy of said oration for publication, together with such historical facts connected with the Siege of Boston as may be deemed worthy of preservation. Ordered. That fifteen hundred copies of the oration of George E. Ellis, D.D., delivered before the municipal authorities of this city on the 17th inst., be printed, together with an account Of the proceedings connected with the observance of the Centennial Anniversary of the Evacuation of Boston by the British Army; and that the expense thereof be charged to the appropriation for Printing.
