That seeds shall be fresh and true to name; so far we hold ourselves responsible. If they prove defective in this respect in any way we will fill the order anew for the same amount gratis. We warrant everything but the crop, for which we assume no responsibility. Orders. All orders left with us will have the greatest care; safe delivery is insured, or the order will be replaced without charge.
