Excerpt from Bulletin of the Michigan Ornithological Club, 1898, Vol. 2 Owing to the fact that, under the present arrangement, full power is given to the small representation of the Club, present at the monthly meetings, to transact business involving the interests of the whole Club, a committee was appointed at the annual meeting to frame and propose amendments to the constitution to remedy this, and also any other matter which might seem advisable. The prevailing sentiment at this meet ing seemed to have been an executive committee, whose powers shall be limited to minor matters and those requiring immediate attention. To help the committee in this work all members are requested to send their Views on the following questions to the chairman of the committee before March 15.
