Make sure to double-check all your refreshments so that the mother-to-be can indulge freely and without guilt. No alcohol is an obvious choice. Even if the guests can still drink alcohol, you don't want the mother-to-be feeling awkward and left out. There are other foods that a pregnant mother should avoid, including most types of fish, undercooked meat, deli meat, soft cheeses, unwashed vegetables and unpasteurized milk.
