The Secretary shall prepare on or before the thirtieth day of June, annually, a detailed report of the proceedings of the Board, with such suggestions in regard to its duties, and the advancement of the interests herein specified as may seem pertinent; and he may append thereto such abstracts of the proceedings of the several agricultural societies and farmers' clubs in the State as may be advisable. The report shall show under separate heads the work of the Board relating to the different subjects herein mentioned.
