An act relatnng to the lands reserved for the Actswpealed use of schools, approved, March 2, 1819, the act provndnng for persons settled on the school lands, approved, March 24, 1819, are hereby repealed Provzded, That all leases, surveys, and all other lawful acts, heretofore made by the trustees of the school lands nn each townshnp, and all trus tees heretofore apponnted that have dnscharged the dutnes of thenr office, shall contnnue ln office for the term of tnme for whnch they were apponnted, and all rnghts acqunred um der the act hereby repealed, shall be of the same valndnty, and shall be settled nn the same manner as though thns act had not been passed.
