Prophet Washington is a man of God with such great gifts, but above all he has the gift of insight, when the answer to every problem is being able to see the answer. He is a man of God who truly labours with you, not to act as Lord, but to help perfect that which is lacking in your faith (I Thessalonians 3:10).
