In this book, I have presented eighty reasons to prove that the Book of Mormon is that of the history of Eritrea and Ethiopia, and its prophecies encompass the entire continent of Africa and the black race in general. I have also successfully identified who the authentic Israelites are in the world. The Book of Mormon contains the ultimate revelations the world has been waiting for many centuries. Its prophecies are incredibly very accurate and reveal the ultimate truths that were hidden from mankind for many centuries. When the Book of Mormon’s true messages are finally made known to mankind, as I am doing now, the world would marvel at the contents of its records. The perceptions of the white and black races especially would change dramatically. They shall view their relationships with each other from different perspectives when they come to the full knowledge and understanding of the truth contained in the Book of Mormon. The prophet Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon very accurately from its Sa’bean script. However, the Mormon Church was not expected to know the truth about the valuable contents of the Book of Mormon until God’s own appointed time and did not do so for many decades. I am prophesied in the records of the Book of Mormon to reveal the final truth contained in the book at God’s appointed time, which is now. I am therefore doing the work the Lord designated me for, as prophesied in the Book of Mormon, and I am bringing to revelation the ultimate truths of the records of the book to the African people and our descendants all over the world. The African people and the black race especially are the primary beneficiaries and heirs to the records of the Book of Mormon. However, the truth contained in the Book of Mormon will not only benefit Africans but also the entire human race and especially the Gentiles or the white race.

The African Bible is the record of the Abyssinian prophets who came to Africa from Jerusalem in around 600 BC. The Sabeans (Nephites) and the Agazians (Lamanites) will become the ancestors of the African people. The prophecies of the African Bible have been entirely fulfilled upon Africans, Jews and Gentiles. The Agazians or black Africans were prophesied to dwindle in unbelief as was apparent in the history of the continent. Also, black Africans were prophesied to be scourged, slaved and scattered by the Gentiles, and that was the experience of Africans. The African Bible, the Book of Mormon, was prophesied to be hidden from the African people, until God's own time, and will first be discovered by the Gentiles. Hence, the prophet Joseph Smith translated them into English from the Sabean script and the Mormon Church had them for almost two centuries without knowing the authentic owners of the records. The records were then to be revealed to the African people by one of their descendants, and that is what I am doing now. I have convincingly proven the Book of Mormon to be the record of the African ancestors and is therefore an African Bible. Hence, Africans are the remnants of the house of Israel and descendants of Manasseh.

“...Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six, 666.” (Revelation 13:18) I was born on 06/16/1956 (666.) I am destined, ordained, blessed and bestowed by the Lord to reveal the truth and to be an instrument in restoring the ancient Kingdom of Israel to its past glories as God’s covenanted people. The Kingdom of Israel had always existed in our midst but was lost and concealed from our knowledge for many centuries while we multiplied in various regions of the world. It is now the time for the Lord to restore the Kingdom of Israel as his precious and anointed people of God. God shall ultimately graft back all the Israelites worldwide to their original tree and they shall all identify themselves as the covenanted people and heirs to the blessings of God This book is a testament of God and I wrote it with the aspiration and revelation of the Lord. The Lord and his blessed Son, Jesus Christ, shall be worshipped and revered by the entire Israelites all over the world when they come to the knowledge of the truth and to the knowledge of themselves. I have proven that Africans and Europeans are indeed the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and are the covenanted people of God. Both blacks and whites shall rise and grow together and they shall both be the blessed people of God from henceforward. This is the end of time when the whole world shall be renewed and would be led by an entirely new perception as the authenticated Israelites. This book has established that task. It is the era when Satan shall be tied down for a thousand years.

What about the Book of Mormon? That it is a controversial book cannot be denied. Many do not accept it as scripture. They believe that Joseph Smith, Jr., "wrote" it. They also believe that the Bible is the only scripture ever written, but nowhere does the Bible make that claim. This belief is not biblical. In fact, just the opposite is true. The Bible testifies to the existence of other written scriptures and specifically a second scripture written about the tribe of Joseph (Ezekiel 37:19). This Joseph is the same Joseph of the coat of many colors, the same Joseph sold into slavery in Egypt and the same Joseph that saved Egypt and all of the tribes of Israel from the seven-year famine that occurred. Due to his lack of knowledge and education, if Joseph Smith, Jr., had written The Book of Mormon, it would have been disproven years ago. Instead, as time passes, more and more of it is proven to be correct. Joseph Smith could not have written it for many reasons, not the least of which is the fact that he was a barely literate man. He knew very little of the scriptures and no Hebrew at all. Yet The Book of Mormon is clearly written by highly educated men with a strong background in Hebrew customs and writing techniques, none of which were known by any American in the 1800s. More information on this subject will be explored within this book. This book was begun by direction of the Holy Spirit and written to the entire body of Christ. Some might ask why they should read it. Some will read it to try to refute it; others will read it to learn, and still others will use it to further their own agendas. However, you should read it and pray over it, asking God through His Holy Spirit to give you a witness as to its validity. We need direction from the Holy Spirit because we are always vulnerable to error. Even prophets can be deceived (2 Chronicles, Chapter 18). Satan will do anything he can to prevent us from gaining unity in our fight against him. For years he has used the "divide and conquer" plan, and we have fallen prey to it. It is time we stop fighting over our petty differences and start working together for the salvation of all mankind. The harvest is plentiful; it is time to bring it in, and we can do it! With the help of God through His Son Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit, we can accomplish what would otherwise be impossible on our own.

Mette Harrison is one of the best-known Mormon authors currently writing about Mormonism for a national audience. Her Linda Wallheim mystery series (The Bishop's Wife, His Right Hand, For Time and All Eternities, and, one hopes, many more to come) marks the first time ever that a strong and intelligent Mormon woman (or any other kind of Mormon woman for that matter) has had a starring role in a nationally marketed mystery series. In The Book of Laman, Harrison takes a concept that others have used for a quick joke-the idea of narrating the first part of the Book of Mormon from Laman's perspective-and turns it into a serious and profoundly moving story of redemption that has the ability to make us all better readers, and, more importantly, better people. From the Forward The central conceit of The Book of Laman-telling the story of 1 Nephi from Laman's perspective-seems like a perfect device for a funny book. Indeed, Bob Lewis used it precisely this way in his satirical 1997 novel, The Lost Plates of Laman. Here we see all of the jokes implied the first time we hear that Laman is the narrating the Book of Mormon: the villain becomes the hero, and the hero becomes an insufferable know-it-all, the archaic language is peppered with anachronisms and modern values, and the devotional content of the original text is sacrificed on the twin altars of mocking Mormon weirdness and having a grand time. But Mette Harrison's Book of Laman is not funny. It does not try to be funny. It doesn't use intentional archaisms to make fun of the Book of Mormon's language; rather, it tells its story in a non-distracting modern style. The characters are not simply reversed. Nephi is sometimes an annoying brat, but he is also a real prophet who sees and speaks for the Lord. Laman is neither a comic book villain nor a long-suffering ironist. He is a flawed human being struggling to live well and usually coming up short. And in some of the book's very best scenes, he is touched unexpectedly by grace and God. Harrison's characters are the sorts of people who might actually have existed in history. She does not naturalize the miracles in the Book of Mormon-there really are angels and visions and smiting and all the rest-but she humanizes the actors. And this is important, as it corrects for a reading bias that plagues Latter-day Saints. Simply put: we want the Book of Mormon to be history, not fiction, but we expect the people in it to act like characters in a (not very good) novel and not as the kinds of people who have actually ever existed.
