By choosing that approach, I meant to fulfill my mandate and calling in a manner that would avoid undue publicity and possible controversy. Recent world events have strengthened my belief in the validity of my earlier message, and with the end-time approaching with alarming speed, I have now decided that I must sound the alarm once more by publishing this revision but under a title reflecting its true content.
