Samuel Ileso, an inspirational speaker and evangelist with an international reputation, introduces his debut Christian novel which calls for the Christian ideal of love and peace amongst all peoples. Ileso argues that God's Power is the life wire of every accomplished dream or vision. Drawing heavily upon scripture, and the intellectual underpinning of evangelist literature, Ileso contends there is a divine presence, unknown to many humans but which illuminates, reveals, and sustains all living things - both seen and unseen. The result is that the atmosphere of the whole universe is saturated with heavenly coded signals, and it will take a divine Christian mentality to be able to decode this mind of God for any human generation.

Unlock the Mysteries of Faith and Science Have you wondered how the creation story in Genesis fits with the evolutionary theories of popular science? You're not alone. Many Christians wrestle with the seeming disparity between faith and science. They want to believe the inerrancy of Scripture, but it's difficult to reconcile the two. Unlocking the Mysteries of Genesis seeks to resolve this conflict by answering key questions about the origin of human life, the evidence left by the fossil record, and how the findings of science line up with the Bible. Using the most current research and data, this visually stunning book takes readers on a journey that explores the wonders of God's creation through the lens of faith-based science that clearly points to the authenticity and accuracy of the biblical creation account. The compelling evidence you'll find as you study both Genesis and science will challenge your intellect and reinforce your faith.

All Things Made New explores the Christian mysteries in the tradition of St. John the Evangelist, and Mary, the Mother of Jesus, by studying the symbolism, cosmology, and meaning of the Book of Revelation, as well as the prayers and meditations of the Rosary, including the Apostles' Creed and the Our Father. These reflections lead us step by step to the foot of the Cross, and to the Wedding Feast of the Lamb, where all things are made new. "A lucid and thoughtful exposition of what is, by any standards, an extraordinarily dense and difficult book. Caldecott explains that the Apocalypse 'has to be received into the soul'; indeed, it is intensely relevant to our own times. His book is both rich in knowledge and rewarding to read." - Francis Phillips, Catholic Herald "The time may be right for just such a book as this, which takes seriously both the book of Revelation and the richness of the 'Here comes everybody' that is Catholic culture, which has a lively message to address to our bruised and battered world today." - Nicholas King, The Tablet "All Things Made New is a serious book about the most serious of things, the mysteries of faith, which all of us should encounter frequently and grasp ever more deeply. A book that will leave the reader wiser, holier, and both ready to practice the faith and eager to share it." - Fr. C. John McCloskey, National Catholic Register

Are you settling for half the story? Highlighting connections that have been hidden from non-Jewish eyes, Rabbi Jason Sobel will connect the dots between the Old and New Testament, helping you see the Bible with clarity as God intended. Most people—even people of faith—do not understand how the Bible fits together. Too many Christians accept half an inheritance, content to embrace merely the New Testament, while Jewish people may often experience the same by embracing only the Old Testament. But God has an intricate plan and purpose for both the Old and the New. In Mysteries of the Messiah, Rabbi Jason Sobel reveals the many connections in Scripture hidden in plain sight. Known for his emphatic declaration “but there’s more!” he guides us in seeing the passion and purpose of the Messiah. Mysteries of the Messiah: Uncovers connections between the Old and New Testaments Connects the dots for readers with details about Jesus, the Torah, and biblical characters Written with the unique perspective of a rabbi with an evangelical theological degree No matter how many times you have read the Bible, Mysteries of the Messiah will bring fresh perspective and insight. God’s Word, written by many people over thousands of years, is not a random selection of people and stories. Rabbi Jason Sobel connects the dots and helps us see with clarity what God intended.

THE BOOK OF GENESIS is the key to the Bible. In the New Testament it is quoted twenty-seven times literally and thirty-eight times substantially. It tells in a very few words how God first imaged man and the universe and then turned the development over to Jehovah, who has been in a process of manifestation for ages and aeons. The "Five Books of Moses," of which Genesis is the first, have always been credited to Moses, but that he was the author seems doubtful in the face of the many stories of creation found in the legends and hieroglyphs of ancient Egypt, Chaldea, and other nations that are almost identical with those of Genesis. It would thus seem that Moses edited the legends of the ages and compiled them into an allegorical history of creation. The truths in this book will be revealed to the reader through his own spiritual unfoldment. Spiritual things are spiritually discerned. The spiritual revelations that you seem to get from books and teachers already existed as submerged experiences in your own soul. The essential truths have been worked out in this or previous incarnations, and when you were reminded of the buried idea it blazed forth as a light from without. So all that you are or ever will be must come from your own spiritual achievements.

This volume comprises the lectures delivered at a conference on the sapiential texts from Qumran hosted by A. Lange and H. Lichtenberger in Tubingen (1998) as well as a number of additional contributions. This literature, although found in the Qumran library, is mostly of non-Essene origin and can be dated to the third and second century BCE with a single exception which might be even older. The sapiential texts from Qumran add to the sparse corpus of postexilic sapiential literature and shed new light on the later Israelite and Jewish wisdom as well as on the sources from which early Christian wisdom traditions originated. Therefore, the volume attempts to understand the wisdom literature from Qumran in the broader context of sapiential thought in the Ancient near East, the Hebrew Bible, Ancient Judaism and the New Testament. Beyond this, the volume further includes treatments of introductory and linguistic questions as well as articles on specific sapiential texts.
