This report is submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) for review and approval of Illinois' list of water quality limited waters. It provides the state's supporting documentation required by 40 CFR Part 130.7 (b)(6) and rationale in fulfilling Section 303(d) requirements. Illinois has elected to provide its submittal of Section 303(d) requirements as a separate document as opposed to inclusion in the state's biennial 305(b) report.
