He married Julia Riley Enos (1832-1907), daughter of Pascal Paoli Enos and Salome Paddock, 13 December 1860 in Springfield, Illinois. They had four children. Ozias died 12 March 1893. Ozias was a close associate of Abraham Lincoln. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Illinois.
