An Iron Horse Saga is not a traditonal romantic novel with a sultry love triangle but rather a true story of an adventurous cross country motorcycle ride by a deeply in love husband and wife. A deep bond developed between the Rider and Iron Horse during the ride's impossible conditions. Normally a 5,200 mile Coast to Coast ride should be a simple test of Rider endurance. This ride was anything but normal! A transplanted skier from Upstate New York, the author moved to Florida to take advantage of the warmer climate and pursue his 2nd passion of motorycle riding. The author's motorcycle riding experience spans 50 years and over 500,000 miles. A cross country motorcycle ride between the Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean was an idea borne by the author to combine his passion for motorcycle riding with an opportunity to raise money to benefit children in the community. The Kiwanis Club of Southeast Volusia County sponsored the Coast to Coast Benefit Ride for Children.

Her weight, her lack of money, her crushing shyness and her tyrannical stepfather all contribute to Sunnys spectacular failure, with harrowing and far-reaching consequences. The story takes the reader on a wild ride through the depths of addiction, crime, sacrifice and suffering set against the backdrop of scorching first love. Filled with memorable characters and encompassing the timely themes of determination and endurance, The Iron Horse is ultimately a story about the lies we tell ourselves, and the twisted road to redemption.

The Blue Annals is a landmark in the historical literature of Tibet composed by a well known scholar and translator Gos lo-tsa-ba-gZon-nu dpal (1392-1481 A.D.). It is the main source of information for all later historical compilations in the Land of Snows . This work is invaluable inasmuch as it establishes a firm chronology of events of Tibetan history and works out in detail the list of the names of famous religious teachers and their spiritual lineage. The work is divided into fifteen chapters, each dedicated to the history of a particular school or sect of Tibetan Buddhism. It provides a comparative study of the chronological data given by T`ang Annals, Blue Annals, and Tunhuang chronicles. The Blue Annals appears to be a faithful reproduction of the list given in the T`ang Annals with minor differences. The book concludes with the portrayal of the origin, etc. of the communities of the four schools. It contains indexes for Sutras and Sastras, Personal Names and Book Titles and Personal Names (Tibetan), etc.

"All these many years down the road, Lou Gehrig's reputation still holds up as does Ray Robinson's elegant biography." –Bob Costas Lou Gehrig will go down in history as one of the best ballplayers of all time; he was elected to the Hall of Fame and played in a record-setting 2,130 consecutive games. ALS known today as "Lou Gehrig's Disease" robbed him of his physical skills at a relatively young age, and he died in 1941. Ray Robinson re-creates the life of this legendary ballplayer and also provides an insightful look at baseball, including all the great players of that era: Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, Walter Johnson, and more.
