The meeting was called to order by the Town Clerk, Millard F. Charles. The warrant was partly read, when it was moved by George L. Pratt that further reading of the warrant be dispensed with except the Con stable's return. And it was so voted. The meeting was Opened with prayer by Rev. Marion F. Ham. The following ballot clerks were duly sworn by the Town Clerk: Chester C. Richardson, Samuel Rounds, William H. Baker and Bartholemew J. Lehan.
