This report, the second in a two-year series, provides an in-depth look at selected multimodal/intermodal transportation planning methods, funding programs, and projects. The report is intended to provide a detailed appraisal of a spectrum of multimodal/intermodal practices from which policymakers in Texas could select those types of practices deemed most advantageous and appropriate to the state. In contains seven case studies of "Best Practices in Multimodal/Intermodal Planning Methods", six case studies of "Selected Multimodal/Intermodal Funding Programs", and five case studies of "Selected Multimodal/Intermodal Projects".
