When we eat, can we feed the soul as well as the body? Can a diet have an impact on spirituality? Spiritual Nutrition empowers readers to develop personal diets that are appropriate to their lifestyles and spiritual practices. Drawing on 14 years of clinical experience and research, Dr. Gabriel Cousens discusses nutritional issues that can help answer these questions, including raw vs. cooked food; high vs. low protein; the concepts of assimilation and fasting; alkaline--acid balance; attitudes about food; nutrients, energy, and structure building. In addition, Cousens shares his new dietary system of "spiritual nutrition" that is based on the relationship that the color of the food has to corresponding colors of the human chakra system, hence, the "rainbow diet." For true nourishment, he strongly promotes the connection of diet to meditation, fellowship, wisdom, and love.

The Anatomy of The Spiritual Body, this is a work of inspiration for those who want to become a part of the spiritual body and for those that are in the spiritual body but may be functioning as a hand when their actual function is foot. Many members of the spiritual body are functioning, but they are misplaced. As you read this book, you will be shown where you fit in. For the body is not one member but many. If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body, is it therefore not of the body? And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body, is it therefore not of the body? If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body as it hath pleased him. And if they were all one member, where were the body? But now they are many members yet but one body. And the eye cannot say unto the hand I have no need of thee, nor again the head and to the feet I have no need of you. Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: (1 Corinthians 12:14–22) Anatomy of the Spiritual Body is a work that includes a description of some of the natural body's systems with a metaphorical comparison associated with the spiritual body. See where you fit in the spiritual body and see if you are functioning to your fullest capacity.

Many of us Christians suffer from the guilt of knowing that we are not following all that the LORD Jesus Christ has commanded. He says, “Do unto others as you would like them to do unto you.” (Matthew 7:12, KJV) Do we, as Christians, treat others the way that we would like to be treated? Also, the LORD has commanded us: “Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.” (Leviticus 19:18, NIV) To what extent do Christians worldwide follow this command? We know the command but do not follow it. Thus, we are in a continuous struggle with ourselves, which results in the absence of love, joy, and peace. The average Christian lives a life of contradictions in that they know the right thing to do but does not do it. God created a malleable our brains with a that can be molded like a potter’s clay. This book describes in simple terms how the malleable brain is capable of being transformed to please God based on principles of neuroscience ( a study of the brain). The book shows that when the Christian focus is on Jesus Christ alone, spiritual transformation is inevitable. The book illustrates how the average Christian can focus on Jesus exclusively, using the Holy Spirit inspired power of brain malleability. It describes how when our minds are focused on Christ with intentions to please Him, the brain changes its networks producing God-pleasing Christians. The book shows how the brain networks may be a conduit by which the Holy Spirit facilitates repentance, sanctification, and spiritual transformation. In this book, an effort is made to illustrate how we can (i) be reshaped like the potter’s clay in the hands of Jesus, (ii) abide in Christ, (iii) have the mind of Christ, (iv) be transformed by the renewing of our minds, (v) be perfect as our Father is perfect, and (iv) have perfect peace through the amazing process of neuroplasticity that was implanted by the LORD Jesus in Genesis 1:26, 27. Based on discoveries in neuroscience, we now have a better idea of how the LORD Jesus Christ designed our brains to make it possible for us to choose to follow Him and for the Holy Spirit to superintend the structural and functional changes in the brain, supplanting old evil tendencies with desires to serve Him. The author ventures to define Sanctification as a process of becoming Christ-like every day through taking Holy Spirit-inspired micro-steps in Godliness facilitated by the Holy Spirit. These small steps include (a) Christ-centered self-talk (chapter 10), (b) acts of kindness and attunement (chapter 12), (c) mindfulness (chapter 7), (d) growth mindset (chapter 6), mindsight (chapter 8), (e) visualization of the glory of God (chapter 9) seen by Isaiah (Isa. 6:5) and Ezekiel (Eze1:1) and (f) creation of a Christ-centered brain environment orchestrated by the Holy Spirit. It is proposed that these micro steps facilitate the production of Christ-centered brain networks as the life-time of sanctification. This life-time activity that must be exercised regularly like a muscle for it to maintain its strength and dominance over the power of sin. The book proposes that the cumulative effect is a desire and determination to glorify and honor the LORD Jesus Christ is our daily walk with Him as guided by the Holy Spirit. The LORD calls upon Christians to be kind. The book describes the neuroscience of acts of kindness. An act of kindness causes the brain to produce a chemical that makes the kind person feel happy, warm, and fuzzy inside. Kindness brings happiness, thus contributing to one’s well-being. The book describes the neuroscience of humility and leadership. Commenting on the book, a theologian said that “it dovetails with different branches of theology. For those in Biblical theology, this book provides new avenues of reflecting on biblical passages. This is a book that provokes a Systematic theologian to reflect on topics like repentance, justification, sanctification, and sin. For those in Applied Theology, this book presents insights that can revolutionize our homiletics, counselling, church administration, and mission. It is not just another book on the shelf, this is the book that has been missing. The utility of this book is not limited to the seminary. This is the right tool for any parent who needs to understand the dynamics of behaviour formation among children. For those planning to conduct seminars on behaviour, this is a valuable resource.”

Electrical Christianity is a revolutionary guide to Jesus' teachings and spiritual en-Light-enment. It provides clear-cut, in-depth instructions on how to directly "plug into" the Divine Being, the Holy One, and literally "pull down" His Power. Grace is not an abstract principle; it is the palpable experience of God's Spirit-power--and anyone who religiously (or devotedly and intensely) practices the discipline of true Holy Communion presented in this book can experience the descent of Divine Power, the Holy Spirit. The true Eucharist, the practice of Holy Communion (which in its "awakened" form implies reception of the Holy Spirit), is the very heart of real Christianity, and the foremost method for attaining salvation (spiritual en-Light-enment). Electrical Christianity not only details the radical (or gone-to-the-root) practice of Holy Communion, but also analogizes it to an electrical circuit. The Eucharist is simply Ohm's Law applied to spirituality, and once you grasp the Eucharist-Ohm's Law connection, which is explicated in this book, you'll become like Jesus: a spiritual revolutionary. In addition to explicating the Eucharist-Ohm's Law connection, the book also sheds penetrating light on psychology, politics, and sociology. It presents a vision of integral psychology that differs markedly from Ken Wilber's, considers Jesus' politics in a modern context, and examines the history and future of Christianity in the New (or Aquarian) Age.
