Burdened with the need for competent and aggressive workers in the field for a growing work, Professor Zacharias Tanee Fomum gave these talks on SPIRITUAL AGGRESSIVENESS to about 250 leaders from eight nations, during a leadership training course. This course, which was on “Spiritual Leadership in the Pattern of Joshua”, took place in Lagos, Nigeria, during a period of five days from Wednesday 14th to Sunday 18th August 1996. In this book, Professor Fomum cover topics like: Greatness through might in character and might in deeds Breaking new barriers with total violence Marriage to hardwork Team work Radical holiness for spiritual service Aggressive servanthood Bleeding pursuit of God and many others. The messages are written just as they were spoken, having been compiled from notes taken during the course, with very limited editing by the author. They have maintained their freshness and sharpness. Contributions from various workers from the field make this book a very practical book on missions. Read it. You will be blessed. You will be challenged to become the type of leader that is needed for the Lord’s flock on the eve of His imminent return
The choice of leadership among God's people is God's sole prerogative. In this book, Laws of Spiritual Leadership, Professor Z.T. Fomum convincingly shows from Scriptures why God chooses certain people, as well as the kind of people He chooses for leadership. The content carries a strong voice of Scripture on simple down-to-earth godly leadership principles, with examples from both the Old and New Testaments. Both the aspiring as well as those already involved in Christian leadership will find their lot. The leader must set and maintain a leadership gap between himself and those he is leading. The author suggests twelve such domains in which the potential leader should seek and establish distinction. For, no one can honestly lead from behind. You cannot lead those who are ahead of you in the knowledge and pursuit of God. Never! Leadership is a call to give God to the people. This will be a priceless gift for your leader!
The Sons of Belial and the Sons of God by Theodore Andoseh is a timely and urgent message for today’s Church. As the world grows darker, this book addresses the spiritual battle within the Church, focusing on the critical role of our youth, their spiritual state, and the choices they face. Will they become sons of Belial, characterized by corruption, profanation, and rebellion, or will they rise as sons of God, firmly rooted in righteousness and dedicated to His service? Through a deep exploration of the tragic example of Eli's sons and the faithful life of Samuel, the author provides a clear, uncompromising pathway for the youth, parents, ministers to children, and spiritual leaders. Discover how to nurture a generation that will stand as pillars in God's Kingdom, despite the surrounding moral decay. If you are passionate about the future of the Church and the spiritual welfare of the next generation, this book will equip you with the insights and spiritual wealth you need to foster lasting transformation.

"Moses said to the Lord, See, thou sayest to me, Bring up this people; but thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know you by name, and you have also found favour in my sight. Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found favour in thy sight, show me now thy ways, that I may know thee and find favour in thy sight. Consider too that this nation is thy people. And he said, My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. And he said to him, If thy presence will not go with me, do not carry us up from here. For how shall it be known that I have found favour in thy sight, I and thy people? Is it not in thy going with us, so that we are distinct, I and thy people, from all other people that are upon the face of the earth? And the Lord said to Moses, This very thing that you have spoken I will do; for you have found favour in my sight, and I know you by name. Moses said, I pray thee, show me thy glory. And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before you, and will proclaim before you my name, The Lord and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy" (Exodus 33:12-19). Moses knew God. The Apostle Paul testified, "I myself was convinced that I ought to do many things in opposing the name of Jesus of Nazareth. And I did so in Jerusalem; I not only shut up many of the saints in prison, by authority from the chief priests, but when they were put to death I cast my vote against them. And I punished them often in all the synagogues and tried to make them blaspheme; and in raging fury against them, I persecuted them even to foreign cities. Thus I journeyed to Damascus with the authority and commission of the chief priests. At midday, O king, I saw on the way a light from heaven brighter than the sun, shining round me and those who jouneyed with me. And when we had all fallen to the ground, I heard a voice saying to me in the Hebrew language, Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me? It hurts you to kick against the goads. And I said, 'Who are you, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom you are persecuting, But rise and stand upon your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you to serve and bear witness to the things which you have seen me and to those in which I will appear to you, delivering you from the people and from the Gentiles - to whom I send you to open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me" (Acts 26:9-18). Paul started thus with a personal knowledge of the Lord. After many fresh encounters with the Lord, he said, "That I may know him and the power of his resurrection and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, that if possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead" (Philippians 3:10-11). Paul knew the Lord and yearned more and more to know Him. His service for the Lord sprang out of his settled and growing knowledge of the Lord. There are many believers today who worship "the unknown God". There are many who have never sought Him until He was revealed to them. There are many who do not know Him. There are many for whom sin is a wonderful attraction because they have never beheld the all-glorious face of the eternal Father nor heard His sweet voice. Their faith is more or less a theory. God seems absent or at best, withdrawn. Do you know God? When did you personally encounter Him? When was your last encounter with Him? The greatest need of the hour is for saints who know God. This book is about knowing God. We consider that the greatest need of the hour is for believers to know their God and render to Him service that is an outflow of this knowledge and intimacy with Him. It is a book for you!
God gives limitless authority to those whom He places in leadership. He backs them without any reservation but judges them with the greatest severity. Divine privileges carry with them great responsibilities. Are you a spiritual leader at any level? Is someone looking up to you to lead them to Christ or along the Christian way? Has God called you to lead one or more people out of the captivity of sin and self into the fullness of the obedient and sanctified life? Are you at a loss on how to become and continue to be the spiritual leader that God meant you to be? In Spiritual Leadership in the Pattern of Moses, the author, Z.T. Fomum, will take you through the necessary ingredients required to build the leadership wealth that sets you apart and promotes a mere seeker after God into a spiritual leader. He highlights twelve different sources of rebellion among God's people and their causes and provides godly solution pathways for each type. If you are looking for divine guidance in spiritual leadership delegation and succession or leadership perils and how to avoid them, then this is the book you need. From another angle, the author demonstrates that leadership is conditioned on a life sacrificed, spent, and sold out for others. It all starts with a deep and intimate knowledge of God, without which all spiritual leadership exercised would be from skill, talent, or natural endowment. Such can never satisfy God's heart; neither can it lead God's people to their destiny. If God has called you to lead one or more people, then this is a must-read for you!

This book “The Processes of Faith”, which deals with a very important aspect of the Christian life, is written by Professor Zacharias Tanee Fomum. In this book, the author defines faith as the proclamation of that which has already taken place in the invisible. It is the place where a truth will stick. As Active sites are to a Chemist, so is faith to a believer. Faith is created by obedience to God, prayer and fasting. For faith to be born and grow there is need for hearts that are totally consecrated to God. The author mentions the fact that he who has received an Active Word from God holds on to God no matter what he sees around – that is faith. The need to spend long hours before God, especially in reading and re reading God’s Word for faith to grow cannot be overemphasized. In fact, people ought to spend a lot of time with the Word of God so that it creates faith in them. Nevertheless, the author warns against the dangers of sin which destroys faith. He invites you to cooperate with God so that your faith in Him will be born and grow We recommend this book to you dear reader, praying that the Lord will use it to enable you to grow in your faith in Him.
This book is an expository study of spiritual leadership. The author, Z.T. Fomum, taught extensively on leadership—training thousands of spiritual leaders across the world—being himself the leader of a growing missionary movement currently established in over 140 countries. The content of the book is not theological discussions, but words from a heart to hearts. Several leaders have become experts in the presence of men in the guise of the ministry they render. But God's plan was that the leader be His companion—a man of His presence. The Lord Jesus established leaders first to be with HIM and then serve Him from a position of overflow. The entire life and ministry of the leader depend on it. The author elaborates on two schools of leadership—the home and the workplace—where one is moulded to provide the model of a God-approved heart for others to imitate. This book will not leave you indifferent. Read it and may God transform you into a leader in His presence.
