This is their 25th report which contains recommendations applicable from 1 April 2003. These include: 1) an uprating by 2.25 per cent for SCS staff, with a range of individual performance awards upto 9 per cent; 2) an uprating of 2.25 per cent for senior military officers, with the pay of the Chief of the Defence Staff increased to £182,005; and 3) an increase of 2.75 per cent for judicial salaries, with an additional increase of £10,000 for the senior posts. The current differentials of other salary groups should be maintained, meaning that judicial salaries will range from £88,546 to £200,236.
