DOWNLOAD EBOOKThe transcribed information came from books belonging to Mr. A.A. Lynn who, with Mr. Clell Hill, owned the Lynn Funeral Home. Mr. Lynn died in 1957 so since these books only go to 1958 it can be assumed (though not affirmed in this vol.) that they apply to the locations of the funeral homes owned by Mr. Lynn & Mr. Hill. It might also be assumed (though, again, not stated in this vol.) that all the funeral homes owned by Mr. Lynn & Mr. Hill shared the same name. . Their funeral homes were located in Cutler (Perry County), Percy (Randolph County), Sparta (Randolph County), Tilden (Randolph County) & Willisville (Perry County). . Mr. & Mrs. Bobby King purchased the funeral homes at Sparta, Tilden & Willisville from the late Mr. Hill, who had changed the name to Hill Funeral Home after Mr. Lynn's death. The homes became part of the King Funeral Homes. The late Bernard Harrison Wilson eventually purchased the King Funeral Homes and they be- came part of Wilson Funeral homes which now (1997) have custody of the transcribed records.
