This report describes the operation and use of Program SCREEN, the second part of Project COMPASS, a computer assisted classification and assignment system. Program SCREEN, a FORTRAN computer program, reviews a Navy recruits eligibility for entrance into the various naval schools for which he may have been recommended by an Enlisted Classification Interviewer. It then prints out all errors in such recommendations, thus allowing changes to be made before the assignment process actually takes place. (Author).
