This is an open access book. We are now heading into the era of society 5.0. The era of society 5.0 was developed by Japanese Government to describe the integration between physical and virtual spaces that can solve social problems. Many things in this era are run based on the concept of internet-based big data technology that will make human life easier. The effect of this era will be felt in various aspects of our lives such as health, education, transportation, industry, etc. If we look at Indonesia specifically, Indonesia is currently still in the era of 4.0. It can be seen in various fields, one of them is education field. Education in Indonesia currently already uses online learning method. However, for the 5.0 era, online learning method will use various technology-based educational tools. For this reason, it is important for educators to not only use technology in teaching but also focus and put attention on student’s character, moral, and discipline. Although there are so many benefits and positive aspects we will feel in the era of 5.0, we also need to open our eyes to the negative aspects that may occur when students are exposed to too much technology. The opportunity to get the freedom to access the internet and unlimited access of information can have negative impact on students such as game and social media addiction, cyber bullying, etc. These problems can have an impact to student’s mental health as we can find in several studies which say that “internet addiction has a tendency to make a person apathetic, addicted, and PTSD. Mental health is important because this kind of health is related to many aspects in human such as physical and cognitive functions. One of interesting topics related to this issue is how human cognitive functions, especially about the brain and nervous system in addiction and mental health issues which we called neuroscience. For these reasons, an international seminar entitled " INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PSYCHOLOGY AND HEALTH ISSUES” carries the theme advancement in health science and psychology for society 5.0.

Steward leadership is a form of leadership that focuses on others, the community and society at large, rather than the self. Many senior leaders and executives across the globe appear to ‘naturally’ move into a stewardship mindset at a ripe age or when their careers have matured, whereas executives of around 30 years old, on average, are typically focused on their personal self-interests. The authors of Steward Leadership: a maturational perspective, who teach MBA courses around the world, wondered how to develop stewards at younger ages and set about creating a framework for stewardship and its requisite behaviour. Their research was conducted among a group of MBA students, testing nine stewardship attributes: personal vision, personal mastery, vulnerability and maturity, risk-taking and experimentation, mentoring, raising awareness, shared vision, valuing diversity, and delivering results. The outcome of the study, which is explored in this book, provides a base-line of attitudes which were tested against various demographic variables. In addition, the authors interviewed industry leaders from around the world to gauge their perspectives on and experience with the concept of stewardship and some of its dimensions, to gain qualitative insights. The results of their research provide the theoretical as well as consulting tools with which organisations can develop stewards, whether through training programmes, mentoring programmes, coaching initiatives and/or personal development practices. The authors believe that stewardship is a more viable and indeed better alternative to current leadership concepts. This book provides a roadmap by which contemporary and upcoming leaders can be guided into developing their leadership abilities – and become the stewards of the future.

This book focuses on the polyolefin additives that are currently important in the plastics industry, alongside new additives of increasing interest, such as nanofillers and environmentally sustainable materials. As much as possible, each chapter emphasizes the performance of the additives in the polymer, and the value each relevant additive brings to polypropylene or polyethylene. Where possible, similar additives are compared by capability and relative cost. With major sections for each additive function, this book provides a highly practical guide for engineers and scientists creating and using polyolefin compounds, who will find in this book a wealth of detail and practical guidance. This unique resource will enable them to make practical decisions about the use of the various additives, fillers, and reinforcements specific to this family of materials. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Michael Tolinski is a freelance writer and a lecturer at the University of Michigan's College of Engineering. He is a frequent contributor to Plastics Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering. - Structured to make it easy for the reader to find solutions for specific property requirements - Contains a number of short case studies about companies that have used or developed a particular additive to achieve a desired result - Covers environmental resistance, mechanical property enhancement, appearance enhancement, processing aids, and other modifications of form and function

The theme of the conference is "Reconstructing Morals, Education, and Social Sciences for Achieving Sustainable Development Goals". This theme was formulated due to several considerations. First, the symptoms of moral decline that have the potential to destroy the nation. Morals guide humanity towards truth and civilization. The phenomenon of the dehumanization process in the industrial era that pushed people to be part of abstract societies tends to ignore humanity. The education process as a humanitarian system is increasingly marginalized, especially during discussions about the industrial revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. The conference placed six sub-themes for speakers and participants to share ideas, namely: Social Sciences and Laws, History and Cultural Studies, Interdisciplinary Studies, Morals and Humanities, Policy, Politics, and Communication, Education. The committee has received 195 abstracts from prospective speakers. However, there are only 80 abstracts that are eligible to be presented at this conference.
