Unos colegas como el Dr. Zuñiga lo visitaban para consultarle sobre asuntos jurídicos. La gente de Managua decían que él era una excéntrico, raro, libre pensador, poeta, loco, y lo llamaban "El Doctor". General Simón Bolívar (1783-1830), called El Liberator, and sometimes the "George Washington" of Latin America, was the leading hero of the Latin American independence movement.
