The old adobe of the early pioneer is fast dis appearing before the march of progress. The streets cross each other at right angles, and there are three plazas, or public squares. In one these the county court-house stands, a commodious brick structure stories, crowned by a handsome clock tower. The other plaza w be occupied by a city hall. It will be of brick and stone, two st height. Adorned with shrubbery, grass and shade trees, these will be an attractive feature of the town.
