In the definition of the complex neutrosophic soft expert set (CNSES), parameters set is a classical set, and the parameters have the same degree of importance, which is considered as 1. This poses a limitation in modeling of some problems. This paper introduces the concept of fuzzy parameterized complex neutrosophic soft expert set (FP-CNSES) to handle this issue by assigning a degree of importance to each of the problem parameters. We further develop FP-CNSES by establishing the concept of weighted fuzzy parameterized complex neutrosophic soft expert set (WFP-CNSES) based on the idea that each expert has a relative weight. These new mathematical frameworks reduce the chance of unfairness in the decision making process. Some essential operations with their properties and relevant laws related to the notion of FP-CNSES are defined and verified. The notation of mapping on fuzzy parameterized complex neutrosophic soft expert classes is defined and some properties of fuzzy parameterized complex neutrosophic soft expert images and inverse images was investigated. FP-CNSES is used to put forth an algorithm on decision-making by converting it from complex state to real state and subsequently provided the detailed decision steps. Then, we provide the comparison of FP-CNSES to the current methods to show the ascendancy of our proposed method.

Smarandache [1] firstly proposed the theory of neutrosophic set as a generalization of fuzzy set [7] and intuitionistic fuzzy set [6]. Unlike goal programming [5,8-10,12], neutrosophic set can deal with uncertain, indeterminate and incongruous information where the indeterminacy is quantified explicitly and truth-membership, indeterminacy membership and falsity-membership are completely independent. Molodtsov [13] introduced the notion of soft set which is free from the inadequacy of the parameterized tools of the former theories.

In this paper, we first introduce the concept of neutrosophic vague soft expert sets (NVSESs for short) which combines neutrosophic vague sets and soft expert sets to be more effective and useful. We also define its basic operations, namely complement, union, intersection, AND and OR along with illustrative examples, and study some related properties with supporting proofs. Lastly, this concept is applied to a decision making problem and its effectiveness is demonstrated using a hypothetical example.

Smarandache defined a neutrosophic set to handle problems involving incompleteness, indeterminacy, and awareness of inconsistency knowledge, and have further developed it neutrosophic soft expert sets. In this paper, this concept is further expanded to generalized neutrosophic soft expert set (GNSES). We then define its basic operations of complement, union, intersection, AND, OR, and study some related properties, with supporting proofs. Subsequently, we define a GNSES-aggregation operator to construct an algorithm for a GNSES decision-making method, which allows for a more efficient decision process. Finally, we apply the algorithm to a decision-making problem, to illustrate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed concept. A comparative analysis with existing methods is done and the result affirms the flexibility and precision of our proposed method.

Neutrosophic theory and applications have been expanding in all directions at an astonishing rate especially after the introduction the journal entitled “Neutrosophic Sets and Systems”. New theories, techniques, algorithms have been rapidly developed. One of the most striking trends in the neutrosophic theory is the hybridization of neutrosophic set with other potential sets such as rough set, bipolar set, soft set, hesitant fuzzy set, etc.
