The overall objective was to determine whether internal controls over Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) accounting transactions originating in the LMP were adequate. Specifically, the auditors determined whether LMP properly supported accounting transactions with verifiable audit trails and recorded transactions as required by the USSGL. An exploration of discourses generated between 1999 and 2013 reveals that while political developments in recent years have been a cause for legitimate concern, Hungarian political discourse has been making these developments plausible.
