John Cusick was born in 1787 in Maryland. He and his wife, Sarah Tippitt, had ten children, 1810-1832. The family migrated to Jefferson County, Ohio, ca. 1815. Sarah Tippitt Cusick died between 1840 and 1850. John Cusick was living with a son in 1860 but disappears from the records soon after. Descendants listed lived in Ohio and elsewhere.
