DOWNLOAD EBOOKThe book "Idayatul -'Ibaad" is a unique presentation of Islamic Da'wah (preaching) that focuses on how one can guide and relate the proper message of Almighty God to mankind with wisdom, good morals, and the best approach suitable for every environment and era. The book carefully explains various beneficial topics related to Aqeedah (creed), ibadah (worship), rules of dealings, and ethical values. The author meticulously cited the proofs for every claimed statement from the Glorious book (Al-Qur'an), the teachings of the noble Prophet, and the sayings of the righteous predecessors. What makes this book stand out as opposed to others like it, is the topics arranged in alphabetical order, which makes it accessible to the reader. Moreover, this book's simplistic style of writing engages the reader and allows full comprehension without unnecessary jargon. This book is fully loaded with ample evidence for every claim from the recognized sources in Islaam.

DOWNLOAD EBOOKEssay from the year 2014 in the subject Law - Miscellaneous, grade: 1,7, University of Exeter, language: English, abstract: The text “Irshᾱd al-Fuhῡl ilᾱ tahqῑq al-haqq min ̔ilm al-uṣῡl” is written by Muhammad ̔Alῑ b. Muhammad Al-Shawkᾱnῑ. He is a Sunnῑ legal scholar, writer and teacher from Yemen, who lived from 1760 until 1849. Al-Shawkᾱnῑ is seen as one of the most influential modern Islamic jurists, which is supported by the qualification of him as 'mudjaddid' or 'regenerator' by Rashīd Ridā. Al-Shawkᾱnῑ achieved a good reputation by working on defining requirements to attain the different status as a jurist. He is described as “an ardent opponent on the restrictions of ijmᾱʿ” and known “for his support for the greater use of the ijtihᾱd”. This text fits in his released literature about the requirements of attaining different levels of legal scholarship. Roughly translated, the title means: “Guideline for the experts to achieve the truth in the science of the principles of the law“. Al-Shawkᾱnῑ gives in his text basic conditions, which are required to be a mujtahid. In my opinion a mujtahid is a Muslim jurist, who has the ability to perform ijtihᾱd. Al-Shawkᾱnῑ specifies what a mujtahid is in paragraph two. In his opinion, a mujtahid must try to acquire an opinion of a legal rule and have the ability to derive legal rules by working with the legal sources. Obligatory for this are adulthood and sanity. After this section, he starts listing the conditions, but obviously, adulthood and sanity are also requirements to be a mujtahid. The difference to the following conditions is, that this inherent quality can not be changed by the prospective mujtahid in contrast to the following acquirable conditions

DOWNLOAD EBOOKIrshad Manji's message of moral courage, with stories about contemporary reformers such as Martin Luther King, Jr., Gandhi, and Islam's own Gandhi, inspire and show the way to practicing faith without fear. Irshad addresses all people, Muslim and non-Muslim alike, in this universal message about the importance of independent thought and internal strength, of love, liberty, free speech, and the pursuit of happiness. Allah, Liberty, and Love is about creating choices beyond conforming or leaving the faith, which is what Manji hears from young Muslims who write to her in frustration, whose emails, letters, and conversations are included in this book. Manji writes, "I'll show struggling Muslims how to embrace a third option: reforming ourselves." And she recounts many affecting stories from young people who have contacted her for advice on how to step out of limiting views of Islam and the restrictions they put on life, love, family, and careers.

DOWNLOAD EBOOKPlease note: This is a companion version & not the original book. Sample Book Insights: #1 The United States was founded on the principle of diversity, but that has always been an uphill battle in America. Americans have always struggled with unity in diversity, and it is draining to constantly have to check your ego. #2 In the future, white people will be a minority in America. This has many people worried, as they don’t know how the country will handle such a huge change in diversity. #3 The more Americans learn about the growth in the Hispanic population, the more they tend to support conservative policies. This is due to group psychology, in which people become defensive and start viewing themselves as members of groups that are losing status. #4 The fact that many Republicans want to accept homosexuality shows that the party is changing, and it’s not because of Trump. The party is being shamed into accepting differences, which is why so many moderates and independents voted for Trump.

DOWNLOAD EBOOK"I have to be honest with you. Islam is on very thin ice with me....Through our screaming self-pity and our conspicuous silences, we Muslims are conspiring against ourselves. We're in crisis and we're dragging the rest of the world with us. If ever there was a moment for an Islamic reformation, it's now. For the love of God, what are we doing about it?" In blunt, provocative, and deeply personal terms, Irshad Manji unearths the troubling cornerstones of mainstream Islam today: tribal insularity, deep-seated anti-Semitism, and an uncritical acceptance of the Koran as the final, and therefore superior, manifesto of God. In this open letter to Muslims and non-Muslims alike, Manji asks arresting questions. "Who is the real colonizer of Muslims - America or Arabia? Why are we all being held hostage by what's happening between the Palestinians and the Israelis? Why are we squandering the talents of women, fully half of God's creation? What's our excuse for reading the Koran literally when it's so contradictory and ambiguous? Is that a heart attack you're having? Make it fast. Because if more of us don't speak out against the imperialists within Islam, these guys will walk away with the show." Manji offers a practical vision of how the United States and its allies can help Muslims undertake a reformation that empowers women, promotes respect for religious minorities, and fosters a competition of ideas. Her vision revives Islam's lost tradition of independent thinking. This book will inspire struggling Muslims worldwide to revisit the foundations of their faith. It will also compel non-Muslims to start posing the important questions without fear of being deemed "racists." In more ways than one, The Trouble with Islam is a clarion call for a fatwa-free future.

DOWNLOAD EBOOKWhile scholars have long looked at the role of political Islam in the Middle East, it has been assumed that domestic politics in the wealthy monarchical states of the Arabian Gulf, so-called "rentier states" where taxes are very low and oil wealth subsidizes the needs of citizens, are largely unaffected by such movements. Using contemporary history and original empirical research, Courtney Freer updates traditional rentier state theory and argues that political Islam serves as a prominent voice and tool to promote more strictly political, and often populist or reformist, views supported by many Gulf citizens.
