The process examined is similar to Univation UNIPOL process. This report examines one-time costs associated with the construction of a United States-based plant and the continuing costs associated with the daily operation of such a plant. More specifically, it discusses: * Capital Investment, broken down by: - Total fixed capital required, divided in production unit (ISBL); infrastructure (OSBL) and contingency - Alternative perspective on the total fixed capital, divided in direct costs, indirect costs and contingency - Working capital and costs incurred during industrial plant commissioning and start-up * Production cost, broken down by: - Manufacturing variable costs (raw materials, utilities) - Manufacturing fixed costs (maintenance costs, operating charges, plant overhead, local taxes and insurance) - Depreciation and corporate overhead costs * Raw materials consumption, products generation and labor requirements * Process block flow diagram and description of industrial site installations (production unit and infrastructure) Keywords: Ethene, PE, Butylene, Copolymer

Many people still struggle with believing and trusting in God completely without a trace of doubt. They are oblivious to how to use the tools given to them as believers. In Because He Said So, author Talin Aintablian explains in practical ways how to have faith and confidence in God to the fullest, while challenging the reader to put faith to work step-by-step in order to see the desired results. With humor and sarcasm, she shares her innermost feelings on issues that anyone faces every day within families, churches, and relationships. Stories of her personal encounters with the spirit world will have you at the edge of your seat as she elaborates in specific detail the problems she faced for most of her young life. Talin learned the long hard way of how to be a strong individual in a crazy world, and believe in God's Word for what it is just Because He Said So.
This report presents a cost analysis of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) bimodal production from polymer grade (PG) ethylene and 1-butene using a slurry loop process. The process examined is similar to Borealis BORSTAR process. This process is based on a dual reactor system (slurry and gas phase reactors) to produce HDPE bimodal polymer. This report examines one-time costs associated with the construction of a United States-based plant and the continuing costs associated with the daily operation of such a plant. More specifically, it discusses: * Capital Investment, broken down by: - Total fixed capital required, divided in production unit (ISBL); infrastructure (OSBL) and contingency - Alternative perspective on the total fixed capital, divided in direct costs, indirect costs and contingency - Working capital and costs incurred during industrial plant commissioning and start-up * Production cost, broken down by: - Manufacturing variable costs (raw materials, utilities) - Manufacturing fixed costs (maintenance costs, operating charges, plant overhead, local taxes and insurance) - Depreciation and corporate overhead costs * Raw materials consumption, products generation and labor requirements * Process block flow diagram and description of industrial site installations (production unit and infrastructure) Keywords: Ethene, PE, Butylene, Loop Reactor, Slurry Reactor, Gas Reactor, Copolymer
This report presents a cost analysis of Homopolymer High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) production starting from polymer grade (PG) ethylene using a slurry loop process. The process described is a slurry loop reactor process, similar to Chevron Phillips CPChem and INEOS Innovene S. In this study, it is considered a single loop reactor polymerization for production of homopolymer HDPE.
