This report on the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) is a follow-up to the Standing Committee's previous report: "Getting it Right for Canadians: the Disability Tax Credit". It describes how the Committee's previous recommendations have collided with the policy and administrative approach of the Department of Finance and the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.
