This is a memoir presented in an anthological - like format; in other words, a collection of short stories, on the life of the author. It starts when he was growing up in the Philippine countryside of Ilocos Sur province. Just like a normal kid, he played with his friends, did crazy things, went to school and moved to Manila, for his college education. He got married while in fifth year college, but still graduated on time. This book relates his struggles, failures, as well as successes, including his coming to America.
