This proceedings, Engineering Hydrology, contains papers that were presented at the Symposium held in San Francisco, California, July 25-30, 1993. The objectives of the Symposium are to provide a forum for technology transfer among practicing hydrologic engineers, to present recent advances in engineering hydrology with emphasis on their applications to practical problems of engineering design and analysis, and to bridge the gap between the theory and the practical profession.
