DOWNLOAD EBOOKMinistry leaders need a practical strategy for dealing with conflict, especially when the local church in which they minister has a history of not dealing with conflict effectively. Conflict solving skills can be developed from practical work rather than from following some theoretical guidance. Developing and teaching a practical strategy for ministry leaders at Burmese Christian Family Church to use in solving conflicts was the set goal of this project. The project led the participants through the process of acknowledging those with whom they had conflict, spending significant time in prayer about the conflict situation, and evaluating the participants' understanding of conflict, which had been impacted by their culture and their experiences. It included a study of conflict from a biblical perspective and the presentation of different ways of solving conflict and dealing with anger that are pleasing to God.
